Running across the wasteland that I had once called home. Claws digging deep into the desert of the nevermore. Running blinded by tears, charging through the ashes of the dead. I braved a look behind me at a corpse stripped of its flesh still pleading for mercy. I was horrified and shocked; I span my head around just in time to see me run straight into a Dalek. Knocked to the ground I spat the ashes from my mouth. I looked up into the shadow descending upon me that evoked only death. Its head span around awkwardly its single blue eye flickering. It tried to speak but only mechanical clicks escaped its metal coffin.
Its sucker arm sparked setting the plunger on fire. I seized my chance and squeezed around it, brushing my fur against the bumps on its casing. I kept running with my head squarely forewords, my antennas feeling charred remains of corpses flick past in the breeze. I leaped over a staff, its user buried deep in its ashy coffin. A single blue bolt zoomed past my ear lightly charring the purple fur. I dropped to the ground and watched it collide with a Time lord headdress stuck awkwardly out of the ground. The headdress exploded and fell onto the ash as shards joining the sea of metal and flesh.

I looked behind me to see the Dalek sparking and screaming a cold metallic scream. I leapt behind the remains of a Dalek base. Heart pounding I watched as the glowing charm on my tail turned a lighter blue as I desperately tried to slow my breathing. I braved a look up at the sky; the once burnt orange sunset was now black blue and grey. The only orange thing left was the burning remains of Dalek battle ships. The storm clouds kept rolling in the crackling of lightning mixing with the screams of roasting bodies. I felt a tear roll past my eye marking making it glow slightly. My antennas drooped as the full horror of the death and devastation around me became apparrent. Less than a whisker away a giant explosion sent ash hurtling into the air, raining over me. I quickly hid my head under my tail to avoid the wave of debris crashing down on me. I felt the heat of the explosion lightly charring the blue spots on my back. I raised my head and shook the of the ash. I walked around the Dalek base which was now seeping out green entrails. I let out a pitiful whine, and then I raised my muzzle to the air and howled a long pitiful moan of self defiance. A second blue bolt of energy collided with the back of my head and everything went black.
My eyes forced themselves open. The blurred room around me looked dark and mysteries. The lights looked like glowing orbs that shone with a harsh white light. I blinked a few times and the room started to come into focus and my hearing started to return. At first it was just low mumbles but then my ears started to adjust to allow me to hear the babble. "Any word from Berusa?" asked a high spritely voice from somewhere to my left. I heard the harsh sound of hand upon flesh and a deep authoritarian voice reply "That is councilor Berusa, learn some manners child. I didn't raise you to behave in such a manner". Suddenly a scream rose above to hubbub, a deep female voice coughed and then said slowly and with much effort, "Can we all just remain calm, and the way I see it if that you must save your energy for when there is a true fight". My eyes focused to see a tall slender girl, glowing in a bronze essence that screamed WILD. She wore a knee high long sleeved black dress and a strapped leather dress on top that clashed with the uniformed look underneath. The whole outfit was scarily short next to the rest of the attire in the room. The girl flicked back shoulder length brunette hair that fell like waves of a dark brown ocean. She restraightened her belt which held a small dagger and a blaster, before composing herself once again.

"The Dalek advance is strong, but not unbreakable. There is a weakness in every armor; all we need to do is find it". The room remained silent; the only sound being the nervosa shuffle of feet, all of the faces looked lost in this new way of thinking. I sat up slowly and awkwardly feeling the crack of my bones. A man in long purple robes and black curly hair that framed his young face steeped foreword and mumbles "So how are we going to stop the Daleks?" he seemed to gain confidence and carried on louder this time "We have no central command, no weapons were powerless while the Dalek fleet only increases with strength". The girl paused for a moment, contemplating and then replied "You're wrong, the President still resides in the citadel, and his quarters of yet have not been taken by the Daleks. The Dalek's will not be gaining power for match longer"

I stood up and stretched the wound in the back of my head still throbbing. "Now" she said laying out a piece of paper in the stone desk in front of her. I trotted forewords to get a better look, making a few people jump back in surprise as a giant brown wolf slinked past them. "The weakest part of a Dalek has always been the eyestalk, but why. It's because the nerves needed to attach the Dalek creature to the casing are the most strongest in the eyestalk. This makes it the greatest target."

The girl with the sprightly voice from earlier steeped forewords in plain peach robes and asked quietly "So how do we stop the Daleks?" The authoritarian voiced man walked foreword in austentaios white robes, he had grey hair and a beard that gave him a look of great wisdom. "What I want to know is why you are in charge around here". I tried to slink past him but he saw me and shouted "Who let this disgraceful animal in here?!" I turned around abruptly I really didn't like him, I growled a deep growl of hatred and my eyebrows pulled together in a scowl.
"Jako" the sprightly girl laid a hand upon the old man's arm. "Thank-You Rale, as I was saying, when we fight the Dalek's we have to concentrate on the eyestalk". The warrior woman replied, I walked over to her, and she laid a hand upon my head and gently scratched behind my left ear. I feeling felt good and I let my eye's go slack and I let out a quiet purr of contentment. "So who are you then?" she whispered to me, staring deep into my light blue eyes with her butterscotch one's. "In Reskell" I barked back at her, knowing that she could understand. I let my tongue loll out of my mouth and I smiled at her oval face. A man in black robes suddenly burst through the door, his arm's overflowing with blasters like the ones on the belt of the warrior woman. "Milk, where re the others?" asked the Warrior Woman walking away from me towards the man in the black robes. He fell to the floor dropping the blasters as he fell. His face painted a picture of utter despair as his face creased under the effort of remaining in control. "Milak!" the warrior woman dropped to her knees beside him and placed her arm around his shoulders. "It's hell out there, The Dalek's there just too strong, This was all I could get" He slumped his shoulder's and sighed, the Warrior Woman pushed Milak's blonde fringe out of the way of his jade eye's that held only a broken man's memories. "But--we sent a whole invasion force, 50 men, armed to the teeth, how can they all be gone..." the warrior woman blinked increduasly. The man in the long purple robes from earlier picked up a blaster from the floor and started to inspect it with quizzical blue eyes. There was an explosion nearby and the bunker shook slightly, there were tiny cracks in the walls, but it was soon subdued. "I think I may have a solution" announced the man in the purple robe's, smiling a giant grin, something that looked as if it had not happened for a long while. The whole room turned to look at him as he carefully pulled apart the blaster with nimble practiced fingers. "So" he said holding up a thin tube full of a thick blue liquid. "The gun run's on this, it's plutionium mark 7, and it's useless against The Dalek's" he pushed thick black curls out of him face "So, we need a substance that is lethal to The Dalek's  to put in the blaster's right?" asked the Warrior Woman standing up a hint of a smile playing on her ruby lips. "Rhenium" said Jake suddenly, "Excuse me?" asked the man in the purple robes arrogantly. "Rhenium, it corrodes Dalekaium." said Jake grinning revealing yellowing teeth that ghosted memories of childhood. "How do you know I ask?" questioned the man in the purple robes who put the remaining parts of the blaster on the desk. "Because I was the commander of the attempt to destroy The Dalek's before they became too strong" said Jako, his grey eye's looking into the distant past. "Well great" said the Warrior Woman a full blown smile now erupting upon her face "Let's get some renium, suit up and let's kick some Dalek ass!" she announced bubbling with enthusiasm. The whole room remained deathly silent. "Slight problem with that" whispered Jako awkwardly breaking the silence "We don't have any rhenium". I walked towards the Warrior Woman, and whined to get her attention. "Who let Reskell in by the way?"
"I did" said Milak standing up, his daemon's gone but the ghost's still lingered in his eyes. "We brought her in when we were out on the mission, she had been shot in the back of the head, and I know how we can get Renium". "Oh Yes" said the Warrior Woman happily helping Milak to stand "This is why I brought Reskell here". I walked foreword inquiring; my nose sniffed the air, the faint smell of peppermint, but mainly the smell of dust and despair. My blue eyes were wide and my ears were picked up the fur on the end of my ears was standing on end as I realized how cold it was in the bunker. "You see here" said Milak touching the blue glowing spot's on my back. It tickled but I tried my best to ignore the sensation as the room goggled at me. "These spot's contain artron energy, and we all know Artron engery is present in Timelords and can help them with telepathy and heralds back to the days of Rassilon. But if you super-heat Arton Enegery it produces Renium". "So how do we refine this 'artron energy'?" asked the Warrior Woman? "We need to get into the citadel" announced Rale her once high voice now tinged with a deeper note. "Oh great as easy as that huh" answered the Warrior Woman sarcastically, burying her head in her hand's.
As the dust cleared bright lights loomed from the gloom. The lights flashed as cold voices screamed out "Exterminate!" the simple word burned
through me more than any flame could come close to. I growled as Dalek's advanced through the rubble and the still mistiness of dust.
The blue light of their eyestalks gave them the look of calm as they advanced foreword to kill you. The three Daleks looked around the room
at the people cowering in corner's screaming and crying as death marched agonizingly slowly towards them.
"You are not Dalek, you are unsuperior, you shall be exterminated" the middle dalek croaked out in the voice of metal, of complete unemotionless
surrender to the insanity of their egsistance.I growled, my childish fear's forgotten in a moment of utter rage, red misted over my eyes and my lips curled back in a snarl.
I tossed my head and surrendered to the killer instinct inside of me, the thing we had been trying to suppress for thousands of years,
the one thing we never use, rage, anger, emotion. Only logic can be the answer, unless if all logic has failed, when chaos death and destruction become your only company
then you give into rage into the instinct that wants to bite tear rip, injure kill the thing that is thinking the same about you.
I leaped into the stale air, tiny dust motes floated past, and ashes of what was hope in the sea of despair. The whole world stopped and I
floated through the air, letting my antennae's be forced backwards by the force of the jump. My ears flattened onto my skull
and my eyes blinked. Once. Slowly. These all happened separately yet all at the same time, it felt like I had slowed down the time.
Suddenly time sped up again and I was leaping towards the Dalek's, arm's outstretched claws pointed straight at the Dalek's eyestalk, straight into the
face of death. My claws lodged themselves deep into the Dalek's eyestalk, the blue light flicking into nothing in an instant. It sparked onto
my paw but I ignored the pain as I ripped of its gun arm and propelled it towards Milak. Milak caught it in shocked arms, and then stood up, eyes narrowed,
intent upon his kill as he shot the other two Dalek's eyestalks. All three Dalek's screamed as pain seared through their long dead veins.
They screamed louder still as they were shocked by the feeling of emotion, feeling and hope. The first Dalek exploded as its screams
became so high that even my ears were hurting. "My vision is impaired" screamed the third Dalek and Milak shot it again in the gun arm
that exploded into thousands of tiny pieces. I ripped of the Second Dalek's plunger arm, and punched through the grating around the dome.
My paw was soon inside a Kaled's body, so innocent, so helpless. So dead. It screamed and green gunge squirted out of its tentacles
as its life was taken like it had taken so many others. It's one eye closed and blood ran down its body, it was dead. I grabbed it with my teeth
and threw it against the wall. It slid down to the floor a lump of meat. I pounced upon the long dead body. The emotion running through me was uncontrollable,
I ripped it limb from limp, blood splashing over my paws, over my muzzle, in my mouth, trickling down my throat.
The warrior woman tentatively put a hand upon my shoulder. I stopped ripping apart the Kaled for a second and turned my bloody muzzle towards her, my eyes still possessed by the emotion running through my long dead veins. She stroked a hand down my back then back up my neck and finally scratched behind my ear. I lay my head into her open palm and purred contentedly, my lips were not curled back in a snarl, but in a smile. Milak dropped the gun to the floor, the weapon of death forgotten but not the blood it spilled. I sat down on the cold rubble ridden floor and wiped the blood on my muzzle away with my paw. "Im sorry" I whimpered to the warrior woman looking up, but not meeting her eyes. "Its okay Reskell, you saved us, Nobody here is judging you" she replied smiling and I finally met her eyes my heart heavy with shame.
I braved a look around the silent room, the faces were, undescribable. Some showed relief, fear, anger, disgust, joy, hope and some all at the same time. "See the Dalek's can be beat!" exclaimed the Warrior Woman punching the air, the room joined with shouts of jubilation. This faint spark of hope seemed to alight the hearts of the whole room. Milak ripped the arm of a Dalek and threw it into the arms of Jung who caught it with a smile that would haunt my nightmares forever.
Jung and Milak started ripping out the interiors of the Daleks, soon they were hollered out. A young girl with long black hair in the corner played with a dial obsessively, placing it on the floor, picking it up, reading it and placing it on the floor shaking from head to toe. I sat up feeling a hundred tones, my feet dragged across the cold hard floor, my brain had long forgotten how to use them. I sat next to the girl, her eyes were wide with fear and she was muttering something. She had broken, broken down, broken spirits, broken sanity. Well there is no sanity in war. I stared at her, perplexed by her insanity at the catasoraphasie around us.

I turner my heavy guilty head towards the Daleks, and saw Milak stepping into one of the Dalek's casings, Jung placed the dome on top and Milak was concealed. Concealed inside a metal coffin, a coffin that held its second occupant of the day. The Warrior Woman clambered into the second one, and Jung ushered me forewords to take the third. Jung unceremoniously placed his arms around my waist and hauled me into the Dalek, I just lay there, a dead weight, the world meant nothing now, id taken a life, I was doomed to hell, so what's the point in living in this world anyway, its worse than hell.
The dome was placed over the top of the Dalek and all light was purged from my eyes, like purity had been banished from my soul.

Next thing I knew light came on inside the Dalek and I could see out the eye-stalk, Jung had obviously wired us up to the Dalek itself. I shuddered as the instruments rebelled against my biology and sent pain shooting through my long dead body. Jung must had done something because the pain stopped, the pain replaced by numbness, I was unfeeling now.

I thought the Dalek to move forewords and soon I was out of the bunker and into the red sunshine of Gallifrey. The sky was a burning red, filled with the blood of those lost so far. The Dalek I was in trundled on information with the other two Daleks rhythmically. Milak's voice crackled over the speaker "Okay we need to get to that tower over to your left, then up the elevator, along the corridor, to the left into the main hall, then we need to knock out the main communications and defense systems, unnoticed so the Rebels can get inside, and then we try and get to the lab in the confusion and get the rhenium out of Reskell and into the blasters then we along with the rebels fight into Dalek high command and take over". His voice ended with a slight fizzle, it seemed an impossible plan mainly down to luck, and I was too distraught to stay optimistic. So I just carried on in my straight uniform line the crunching of bones underneath me helped control my sanity. Crack.Crack.Crack. Lives ended and now demolished the repetitive sounds soon matched my heart rate, I kept my mind focused on the cracks.
My eye marking glowed brightly in the enclosed space, its light being one of the strongest with all the strange little dials and wires inside the Dalek. I could hear battleships burning above my head as I moved along in the cold metal casket. We were very close to the Citadel now, near to our deaths.
Suddenly something collided with the back of the Dalek I was in and the whole casket rocked backwards and forewords. I willed the dome to moving to see what was attacking. I saw a black cat in a cloak and bright deadly purple eyes trying to rip its way into the Dalek. The cat slipped over the Daleks impenetrable metal, and you could see the pure anger in its eyes, and suddenly a fireball was being shot from its forehead hidden under the cloak hood. The fireball narrowly missed the eyestalk and the picture fizzled for a few seconds before I regained visual. I thumped my back legs onto the base of the Dalek and pushed myself upwards and my dome forced the dome of the top of the Dalek. My head popped out of the Dalek and the cat stopped attacking and looked very confused.
"Hi im Reskell" I said brightly elated at finding another close to myself. I only realized then how small the cat was, it was about a third of the size of me, but it still looked deadly. "Im Mage" growled the feline "What are you doing inside the Dalek?" "Were part of the resistance, wave got a plan, but we need to get into the citadel and take control of the Daelks and try and win this war" I replied brightly. Mage smiled and shook its head so that the hood fell away to reveal a strange purple head marking from where the fireball must have came from. "Wait can you perform magic?" I asked cocking my head to the side "Yes I can, the marking on my head allows me to, im still learning but I can do much better than that fireball I just did, and I was testing your defenses. I want to help you get into the capitol, the Daleks have killed my entire family, im not going to let them take anyone else" replied Mage. "Get in then Mage" I said ducking inside the Dalek, and Mage leaped inside making the space if not impossible more cramped. "Uh oh the lid" I said face palming "Ill take care of that" said mage and she seemed to whisper in some weird tongue and the dome elevated and was placed on top of the Dalek.
We carried on trundling along, I felt more happy now that I had fond another like myself, I allowed myself to feel hope, in what felt like so long, hope that we could do this mission, that we could defeat the Daleks, hope that nobody else would die.
We got to the heavily guarded entrance to the citadel; the once great glass dome was now splintered and cracked like our culture and our stability. We trundedled by Special Weapons Daleks guarding the entrance, covered in bloody, unnoticed. We heard glass cracking as we ran over it; it had fallen from the ceiling where attack after attack had wounded the shell of seclusion that we had all clung too.
The door jerked open and The Warrior Woman first and me second rolled inside "Okay guys were in, now just keep low, and get into the west tower." came Jung's voice crackling over the radio.
The west tower loomed into view; Daleks of every colour lined the streets guns armed and ready to destroy the corpses of forgotten souls trying to destroy their cold desolate hearts. Mage growled quietly while looking through the eyepiece, you could just feel the longing to rip tear and kill; it felt good to find someone who understood the pain. A smile spread across my bleeding lips after what felt like a lifetime in the darkness of my mind. The door of the West Tower fell away and we trundled in, "Were in" crackled the Warrior Woman's voice of the radio, her voice full of hope and determination. A young girl was chained to the opposite wall, the wall was stained with her blood that was seeping from her dead naked body, and if Daleks felt any emotion they would feel pride over her dead body. This time I literally had to grab mage around her cloak with my mouth to stop her leaping out of the Dalek, the killer instinct coursing through her veins. All three of us trundled into the elevator and the doors closed behind us, leaving the stench of death behind in the undertaker's office. We zoomed up the elevator at blinding speed and in the surprise I bit Mage forgetting I was still holding her back. She squealed and hit me forcefully with a powerful black paw.
The doors opened onto a bare corridor white and clinical with a slight mist hanging in the air that reeked of dead remains. We all carried along it "Right into the main hall on the left there, and that's when the real fun begins, everyone had better be ready for a fight" said Jung a hint of doubt in his shaking voice.
I took a deep breath and willed the Dalek forwards into the main hall. The room was massive; it was distinctively Time lord with the green paneling walls and the gallefreyan symbol on the wall. However the calm and organisnedness of the Time lords was banished from this place making it almost unrecognizable. There was gaping blaster holes in the wall, some still shouldering, dead bodies were unceramonionly slung into corners seeping blood across the floor. Most of the Daleks were amassed around a large empty podium in the center of the room, all had some war damage. Suddenly all the lights were shut off and only a spotlight remained trained on the podium, "What's going on?!" crackled the Warrior Woman's panicked voice over the radio. Suddenly a Dalek Supreme started to lift out from the podium like some really weird stage show. "My fellow Kaled's" droned the Dalek Supreme's voice, low and slow and terrifying. "I have called you all here to the place of our greatest victory, the taking over of the Gallifreyan citadel, where we have crushed the Timelord Resistance". "Daleks shall be the masters of all" came the chanting of the other Daleks at this, "Kaleds we have won, the great time war has been won by the Daleks" replied the supreme dalek. This time Mage growled and hissed and was clawing a roof of the dome, and I had to use all of my strength not to join her. "He'd better shut up before I kill him myself" came the Warrior Woman's voice over the radio, which reception seemed too improved. "Those stupid Gallifreyan's never stood a chance against the Dalek cause, the Daleks are the masters of the universe, creating an empire which will last for a million lifetimes" came the Supreme Daleks patronizing voice. I heard the dome of one of us lifting and then this: "You'd better have some seriously fast lifetimes then hadn't you" came Jung's voice and I saw a bolt of energy explode from the Warrior Woman's gun arm and collide with the Supreme Daleks eyestalk. Fire and Sparks were sent zooming around the room as the Supreme Dalek exploded in a moment of utter madness. The dying ball of flame that was the Supreme Dalek started to ease of quickly, but the screams of the dying creature inside would not stop, even after it was long dead it still resonated in my ears. Jung ripped the gun arm of his Dalek and leaped out of his Dalek and started fighting his way through the crowd of Daleks. This time Mage leaped out of the dome with a trail of flames behind her. She landed on a Dalek and started sending Fireballs at everyone in a scream of rage. I flew out of the Dome after her, and I leaped across Daleks come's not touching the ground. I made my way to the wall where all the controls were, but I saw a Dalek at the opposite wall, setting of dials and buttons, and I knew, for some reason just knew that gas was about to be pumped through here, killing anything not in a Dalek casing. I also knew that I would not get to the Dalek case in time, the only one who would survive this would be the warrior woman. The woman who had been kind to me, accepted me, understood me, had saved me, and I didn't even know her name. I howled a moan of accepting my fate, today I would die. But I would save the Warrior Woman first, I would save her, on my dying breath, its too late for the rest of us, our souls are all doomed anyway.
A man with brown curly hair and a long sweeping coat came running around the corner. He came up close to me and started to hammer at the controls like a mad man he seemed determined to do something. I didn't understand but I knew he wasn't Dalek "Who are you?" I asked more fiercely than necacery but I was going to die, I wasn't very concerned with manners. "I'm the Doctor" he said furiously spinning a dial so fast sparks were set of "Were all going to die aren't we?" I asked very quietly already knowing the answer, but I had to hear it, the confirmation of my doom. The Doctor stopped looking at the dials took a step away; all of his energy had disappeared in an instant. He looked down at me with eyes so old, so weary of the blood split in front of them. Tears started to well in his eyes, and with the flames of burning Daleks shining in the tears he said one word. "Yes".

"What can we do, I must save the warrior woman, she was so kind to me, she's the reason were all alive, I don't even know her name, but I must save her, I owe her" I said tears coming to my eyes and splashing all down my face. The Doctor sighed "Listen, the only way is to destroy both the Daleks and the Time lords, it's the only way left, and im the only one who can do this, all the time lords have gone insane with bloodlust, pent up emotions of hate anger and the desire to kill are now being released after thousands of years and nothing can stop them now". "I understand" I said back, and I did I understood the pain of him doing it as well, he would lose any family his friends no-one could be spared, but the Warrior Woman was not insane. "But what about my friend, she's not insane far from it" I pleaded with him, "hang on warrior woman, is she quite tall and is wearing leather skins" he said brightly "yeah that's her" I said hoping painfully. "That must be Leela's daughter, she is only half time lord, that's why she's not insane, so am I, im half human, right I know what to do" he said and brought out a sonic probe from his jacket pocket. He pointed it straight between my eyes and I felt everything go black and I heard him whisper softly "I'm sorry".All of a sudden there was light but my eyes were still closed. A million memories flashed before me, some mine and some of another, I tried to move but I was paralyzed and I felt my lie force fading the same and I became weaker and weaker. I felt like I was leaving and yet still here at the same time, I tried to cry out, I didn't want to go, I accepted I would die today but I had found hope in the strange man, that maybe he could save us, I wouldn't give up my hope now. Then I felt my last breath leave my body, and everything went black again and my mind was blank no sight no smell so sense. I couldn't think or feel anything.

Soon I felt the smell the sense and my thoughts returning, but I wasn't me, I had another's thoughts and the smell was different the senses so much duller, but become sharper. It felt like I was joining with another, yet I did not understand how this was possible. Tichbournes Elegy came into my head that it felt was dying, all of the life leaving me, but I didn't feel scared, and I felt like I was going somewhere new.
"My prime of youth is but a frost of cares,
My feast of joy is but a dish of pain,
My crop of corn is but a field of tares,
And all my good is but vain hope of gain;
The day is past, and yet I saw no sun,
And now I live, and now my life is done.
My tale was heard and yet it was not told,
My fruit is fallen, and yet my leaves are green,
My youth is spent and yet I am not old,
I saw the world and yet I was not seen;
My thread is cut and yet it is not spun,
And now I live, and now my life is done.
I sought my death and found it in my womb,
I looked for life and saw it was a shade,
I trod the earth and knew it was my tomb,
and now I die, and now I was but made;
My glass is full, and now my glass is run,
And now I live, and now my life is done."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I felt my eyes flicker open but I could not see all that my eyes saw was blurriness. I lifted my hand tentatively, and then it flopped back to the floor, well at least I wasn't paralyzed. The blurriness was beginning to fade and my surroundings started to come into focus. I saw the green of the walls first and I had the strength to lift my hand properly and reach out. I then saw a figure leaning down towards me and I felt it take my hand, his hand was so cold, but I could not understand why, was he a ghost, was I the one that's cold, and I dead in heaven. I reached over and pinched my arm I muttered "ow" so I was alive, for some reason I wasn't ecstatic about this, blimey I had become emo. I blinked and suddenly I could see everything, the figure was a man, I had never seen him before yet part of me knew him. "Its okay" he said and I could feel my ears pop painfully "What's happened?" I croaked my voice still out of action. "I had to merge Reskell and the warrior woman together so I could save you both, as you are both only half time lord so together you make a whole, and so you can survive this bloodshed because you are fully time lord but also a whole of something else." he said smiling and taking my hand and pulling me to my feet. "But im the 'warrior woman'" I said slightly hurt that nobody actually knew my name "No you're not, you're the warrior woman Reskell and at the same time not them, you're new and different, you're a new person" he said looking at me with large blue eyes "Then what's my name?" I asked still getting used to this. "You need a new name, try Laif Greyl, it's an anagram of gallefreyan, so you can always ember where you come from and yet that you're different from it, Gallifrey lives on through you".
Then he pushed me back against the wall, and it fell away, the wall started to close slowly and I saw the tears welling up in his eyes, as he looked out onto the sea of despair that I had once called home. "I'm sorry I couldn't save you Mage, ill never forget you" I whispered and I uncurled my hand and saw that the gold clasp that held her cloak together was in my hand, a tear rolled down my cheek and the door slammed shut.
Little lights flashed from the wall panels, and I felt a fire heating up beneath me and the 'capsule start to shake, I had the feeling it was taking of as the deep thunder of the engine shook through my bones. I sat back in the chair and looked at the clasp rolling it around my palm as I thought. I was now a new woman, a new person, yet still me at the same time. It was so confusing, I sighed, I didn't understand, and yet a part of me did, that strange man had to stop the Daleks by destroying The Timelords and the Daleks and Reskell had begged him to save me as debt to me being nice to her. He had found a way to save 'us' by merging us together, it was still pretty hazy about how he'd actually done that, to save my brain from melting I just said "Huh, Magic" wariest and simplest answer, I guessed I would have a lot of time to ponder it. Thinking of this made me realize I had no idea where I was going, the capsule left its casing and I was officially being blasted off into space. I grabbed my seat with both hands for dear life as the capsule shuddered shattering my bones. My teeth chattered and crashed together, sharp Canine's and all smooth as marble, they were harder than my normal teeth and much longer, I kept biting my lounge as I wasn't used to them. I noticed looking down that my skin was darker, closer to brown than it was before, but still quite pale. The shuddering lessened considerably, and I pulled my hand up to inspect it, on the palm side there was a faint imprint of a green and black spotted paw print that was so aunt only my eyes could notice. Stronger sharper eyesight, they also seemed to be able to zoom in and out without me moving my head and it was controlled by thought. I tried zooming in as far as I could and I could see the individual lines on my hands. I smiled the new me was totally AWESOME.

After what must have been about half an hour of me trying out my new body, the engines seemed to cut off and the capsule started to descend, I say descend I was actually in free fall, fall hundreds of thousands of miles, I held onto my seat and screamed as I hurtled through space not knowing where I would land, if I would land at all. I pressed random buttons on the capsule trying to get it to stop. Suddenly there was a thud and the capsule landed upon something and I was hurtled forwards and into the front of the capsule knocking myself out.
I pushed my hand outwards and found the wall, I opened my eyes slowly, my sight was blurred, and air was exploded from next to me out of the wall and I quickly shut my eyes to shield them from the pressured air. I then sat forwards out of the way of the blast and I pushed the door of the capsule open and I fell onto the ground. I raised my head coughing thick red dust. My eyes looked around me, I was on a barren world, the floor was covered in a layer of thick red dust, there was nothing, just flatness as far as the eye could see. I looked up to the sky and you could see a giant blue and purple planet that seemed so close you could touch it. Then just behind it was a yellow and orange planet with light pink rings. There were thousands of falling stars all glittering down through the blue blackness of space and disappearing into the nothingness. The stars shone brightly, illuminating the planet as if it was in broad daylight.

I put my hands underneath me and pushed myself up my boots scuffed against the dust blowing it everywhere. There was a slight breeze, I shut my eyes and felt it flicker past my cheeks sending my hair in a whirlwind tickling my face. I opened my eyes onto the glorious planet, it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen, and yet also the scariest. I had no idea where I was. Somehow though I didn't care, I felt like I could sit there and just watch the silent stars go by, it was one of those amazing things you thought you'd never see and so you're scared to even blink. I took a step so my feet were slightly apart, I smoothed down my leather jacket and I took out my blade and stood there, I smiled with glorious white pointy teeth, my eyes glittering with the sight above me. I uncurled my hand and looked at Mage's clasp, a tear rolled down my cheek, I could have saved her, but she gave me this life, so I was sure as hell going to enjoy it." I don't know where I am, I don't know what's happened to me, my best friend, Mage is dead, my race have been dead for a long time now, Im a new person, on a new planet, I don't even know how im going to survive, but whatever happens, its going to be one hell of an adventure!"
